Dear Jon,

On behalf of Roger and me, I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided us during the selling and purchasing of our home. You made the process simple for us in more than one way.

First, through the use of all types of advertising, you presented our home to the widest area of seekers. You informed us weekly of the progress of your advertising efforts, via mail or phone.

Once the house was sold, you prepared us for the closing by keeping up on the time elements and giving us all the phone numbers of agencies we would have to contact to conclude our move from our home.

Secondly, once we had a firm commitment on the house, you began a thorough search of the areas we wanted to see for a future town home purchase. Had you not been searching daily for new listings, we would have missed out on the town home that we purchased. In addition, at the closing, the seller's agent told me that she went with our bid on the home because she felt you were honest and would proceed with the purchase on our behalf. She did not get that same feeling from the other bidder's agent on the home...even though their bid was higher than ours. If it had not been for your honesty and commitment to finding us the town home that would suit both Roger's and my differences in respect to what we wanted, we would have missed out on this home all together.

Thank you for all your patience and all the time you spent researching and showing us homes. Jon, your thoughtfulness and understanding of how nerve-racking this process can be, made the difference for us.

Dear Jon,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and dedication in the purchase of our new home and sale of our townhouse.

Dear Jon and Sandie,

Dick and I want to thank you both for being such wonderful people to work with in selling our home. You made everything so clear and easy for us from the first time we talked about listing with you.
